I love this guy , he looks FANTASTIC, but I have a feeling he's one of those actors who lie about their actual age. I don't know any 35 yr old with those wrinkes.. esp the ones near his ears! I mean my mom just got them , but she's 48!
Anyone agrees ?

He looks a bit older, not nearly 50 but in early 40s. Certainly not his age, my bf is 37 and Michael has more wrinkles than his dad
but I think it´s because of his skin tone and maybe he was never careful with the sun...

I was contemplating buying the Vogue because it has Michael in it but he barely features in the editorial. Prometheus is probably going to be the most epic film of the summer.

I think anyone, under the power of these camera lenses, would have visible wrinkles (even those far younger than him). Unfortunately we are just used to seeing actresses and actors with lots of fillers, so it skews our perception. I think he looks his age.

But I'm not comparing him to any other actor -I know that his collegues are filled with botox and stuff- I'm comparing his skin tone to the one of real people and he looks much older than 35. I just don't buy it, I think his agents lied about his age, Hollywood style.
Esp the wrinkles near his ears are something I 've never seen in anyone in their 30's , it just doesn't happen before you're a 40 something and it doesn't matter how uncaring of the sun or what a big smoker you are! That's why it makes me kinda sad that he says to be 35 when logic makes you think he's maybe 10yrs older actually...
It's not that I think he's less hot, I 'd just appreciate more honesty that's it!

BTW the viral for Prometheus shows once more what an incredibly gifted actor he is! this is such a different role from anything he's done before and he makes it so believable! B)

I know but again, it doesn't look realistic to me . More like it that he lied about his age. It's not at all weird in Hollywood, many do that.

I don't think he's the type of person to lie about his age since he embraces his imperfections... Every person is different and I see people who don't look their age all the time.

I think his face just comes from a lot of hard living and loving life. Plus, film audiences are so used to baby-faced American actors, who are more known for their beauty than their talent. I seriously doubt he would lie about his age too.

OMG, no, of course he doesn't lie about his age, this is ridiculous!! I mean, it's Michael Fassbender we're talking about! He seems to be so true about everything, he would never do it and get into this Hollywood business, IMO; he has nothing to gain from it. It wouldn't change his quality as an actor, nor be a 'plus' on his resume.

I am considering going to the UK Prometheus premiere. One of the most beautiful and interesting cast of those last few years imo. Between Guy Pearce, him, Charlize, Noomi and Sir Ridley..
