I suppose it isn't really surprising that interest in Michelle is low these days, but as a member of the Baby Boom Generation, I can say there was no young lady more watched and lusted after by we young lads than Michy!! I just saw her on PBS a couple of weeks ago, and, although the years are finally catching up with her, her place in pop music history is assured...I just today finished her book and I was really sorry to see it end- what an amazing (and short) ride the Mamas and the Papas had!!

Oh, Michelle's book 'California Dreaming'...I haven't read John's book 'Papa John', partly because evidently much of it isn't 'actual'...Michelle was livid when it came out- there seem to be lots of misrepresentations, according to the other people that were there...
I have a cousin that I am really close to that went through just what Mackenzie went through, so I have a hard time reading about her relationship with her father...
