Wow....how did I never notice she got a nose job? Looking at all these pix from when she was a girl, it's blatently obvious.

she looks gorgeous...this is a pretty sexy look for her!...i'm not used to seeing her in dresses this tight and short. :p but she looks good...it's youthful and it suits her...she's glowing  love the simple hair and makeup too....she always knows just how far to go... she never overdoes it

I love the boots and dress...separately. It just looks really odd together, in my opinion. Charlie Kaufman must be really small! I think someone really tall like Tilda Swinton could pull this off.

“Soft, but Strong,” Michelle Williams Does It Again

October 16, 2008

Even though the “Synechdoche, New York” screening held by The Cinema Society last night was red carpet-less, the film’s stars turned out in full force—and in full hair and makeup. Michelle Williams went for “soft, but strong” to echo her ivory ruched silk dress and chunky ankle-boot ensemble, according to Chanel celebrity makeup artist Kara Yoshimoto Bua. (Bonus FYI: Yoshimoto Bua engineered the now legendary red-lip Williams wore with Vera Wang’s epic canary-yellow dress at the 2006 Oscars.) To add a touch of tough to Williams’ angelic face, Yoshimoto Bua kept the color palette on the earthy side, using Chanel Blush Duo Tweed Effect in Tweed Ambre on her cheekbones and a mauve-y rose lip color, courtesy of Chanel Glossimer in Wild Rose (which is sadly not available until January). The new look is way up there with those Chloé dress/pixie-cut pictures that surfaced last year on our “why we sweat Michelle Williams’ sweet, sweet style” list. We’re taking suggestions for items to add to our master file starting…now.

Such a pretty dress, but those boots do not belong with that dress! She does look cute with Spike Jonze though.

Love the white dress & the boots; it lacked a bit of 'edge', but she definitely looked great

The last outfit is just perfect. The converses, jeans and the shirt are all so cute. I want to raid her closet!

It's also good to see Michelle in a good mood!
