I could understand her doing it if it was some kind of hate site, something derogatory towards her but how rude, she could have had her lawyers force the site to remove candid pictures of her if anything. It was more than one site too, I honestly don't see her problem, these people have spend a lot of time and money doing something to honour her, why would she have a problem with that?

I learn that Michelle William went into a crusade to shut down her MediaBlvd forum and it looks like it worked. Her forum on MB is closed now. This is the message that appears:

i do.she can't treat her fans like they're the enemy.it's the tabloids she should be turning against, not the people that have been supporting her all these years (i heard that was her longest running fan site, with a no pap pics policy)

Have you guys read the Nylon article on Michelle? Its really good. It really gives insight into how she is. She doesn't want to become a tabloid icon. She sounds really akward and uncomfortable with the attention and protective of her privacy. It makes it easy to understand why she'd want the fansites closed: if you think about celebs as people, which they are, imagine how freaked out you'd be if you knew there were websites out there collecting pictures of you doing everyday crap, or turning you into an icon and feeding the frenzy. I think that's how she's seeing it.

I'll go through the recent pages and see if the article has been posted. If not, I have it and I'll scan the article and pics and post it.

Humm, I'm torn on this one, part of me thinks if you're famous you have to put up with this, but at the same time, BUT "celebs" like Michelle, Heath, Jake etc, don't go out every night getting drunk, falling around, they don't pose for photographers and love the limelight....they are actors, they act, they turn up at events and they lead their lives...

...I would say she was a complete hypocrit if she were like the Lohan for example, who brought all the attention on herself. But I genuinely believe that Michelle just wants to be an actress unfortunately getting more famous and making babies with your hot co-star will turn you into a tabloid sweetheart!!

Tis a catch22 situation, I can hardly talk though because I love to see what "celebs" are like in real life....Michelle always looks fab too...humm...lol...not too sure I cleared up anyything in my head with that little ramble!

Shutting down her fansites makes me really dislike her. Without fans she would be nowhere.
If people really want privacy then they shouldn't take big roles in movies/tv
