Yeah they look like Lanvin to me. I'm almost positive they are not Hermes.

these boots are similar to lanvin ones that kate moss has, but her have some buttons on the side.

I think they are from the same collection. They aren't the lanvin ones with the buttons obviously but they are made from a light colored leather, flat soled and a very thin leather it looks like hence why I agreed they may be lanvin
