Michelle Williams shimmers in Cannes

Beautiful Michelle Williams cut a lone but sparkling figure on the Cannes red carpet last night.
In her first major public appearance since the death of ex-fiance Heath Ledger in January, Williams lit up the red carpet as she attended the premiere of her new film Wendy And Lucy.

Wearing a gorgeous white gown with shoulder lace trim, Williams looked gorgeous as she smiled and posed for photographers, weeks after the death of her former flame.
The film is set around a woman's adventures after she breaks down and faces a series of challenges while driving with her dog Lucy to Alaska.

Michelle looks beautiful. I love that Catherine, Sam and Michelle are holding on to each other. :blush: I love skirt, the colour is beautiful. I also like what Catherine is wearing. :heart:

She would be reminded of heath every single day through matilda, my god ! Is it just me or is she big for a two year old ? matilda and michelle look so normal mother and daughter together, i wouldnt look at them and think celebrity .. Not like when i see suri,katie and tom -if that makes any sence at all lol
Shes one of those girls who can chuck on anything and look decent in her own way .. no trying ,ah, love her
 
Her lace gown is absolutely beautiful. It looks vintage to me, or at least it has that old glamour look. Can anyone ID it? I also love her skirt and shirt outfit for the photocall- she always choose simple pieces and creates her own look.

im so excited about her outfit at the photocall...its so special and lovely! perfect for her! and the hair-do as well! i love that indie-secretary look
