I thought they might be worishofer. that brand of footwear is known for comfort, granny style and affordability. some think they are cute, which probably depends on your reference, mind-state, etc... personnaly, i think they are kind of cool, a type of anti-high fashion shoe while still having a cuteness factor and personality. jmho.
