Dressed in a white polka-dot bikini, actress Michelle Williams takes some time out as she balances precariously on a surfboard with oar in hand.
Luckily the U.S. star proved herself to be something of a pro as she elegantly navigated the waters in Hawaii.
Earlier Michelle, 29, enjoyed rowing around in a kayak with her four-year-old daughter Matilda Rose, whose father is the late Heath Ledger.

Michelle was pictured enjoying some relaxation time this week as she mulls over whether to play Marilyn Monroe in the forthcoming movie My Week With Marilyn, which is due to start filming in London in June.
Several actresses were considered, including Scarlett Johansson and Amy Adams, but they were never approached by Simon Curtis and David Parfitt, the director and producer, respectively, of the film.

Michelle, one of the best screen thespians of her generation, was the only actress they met with, and the only one offered the part.
Curtis, who directed the hit drama Cranford and forthcoming Cranford Christmas, was due to meet with the actress sometime this month, hoping she'd agree to do the film.
Next year Michelle will be seen in Martin Scorsese’s thriller Shutter Island opposite Leonardo DiCaprio, and in Blue Valentine, which will be screened at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah, in January.
