Michelle Williams "prefers" to be a brunette.
The actress is starring as one of the most famous blondes of all time, Marilyn Monroe in new movie My Week with Marilyn.
However, Michelle feels more like herself when she is brunette.
"I have changed my hair colour over the years, depending on parts I am playing," she explained to British newspaper The Sun.
"But I prefer to be brunette. As a blonde, I cannot really see it or feel it. How do men react to me as blonde? They see a flash of hair and that is what they are responding to. I have to say that the reactions I get when I am brunette are from the men I would like to date.
My natural hair colour is brown, so maybe that has something to do with it."

so that makes me wonder why we see her as blonde most of the time through the years? do most of the roles she got offered require her to be blonde? recently she confuses me quite a bit, not only her fashion choice. i've got the impression she's not so sure about herself, she's really quite insecure, and easily get influenced by others. and that's not very enchanting, to be honest. and don't mention that "i keep my hair short for someone" comment, that really turns me off

and i used to like her a lot, but slowly, i'm disenchanted
well, maybe it's just all to do with this "over-exposure" promotion thing. i hear too much of her and see too much her, over a short course of time. it overkills, really. sometimes a bit mystery is a good thing
