Meet the New Girl: Ming Xi

Riccardo Tisci is plotting the ascent of his latest belle, Ming Xi. The designer who helped launch the careers of Mariacarla Boscono and Lara Stone has become smitten with this Chinese model. Tisci introduced Xi at Givenchy's spring 2010 couture show, in which she walked exclusively for the label. That single runway booking was enough to give the 20-year-old a successful fall 2010 show season, walking for Jil Sander, Christian Dior, Vivienne Westwood, and Givenchy, natch. To make matters even sweeter, Xi will be featured in Givenchy's fall campaign, shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggot.
