What misheard lyrics are you guilty of? If not that, what funny misheard lyrics have you heard of before?

Recently I thought La Roux's In For the Kill's first line was "We can defy science." not "We can fight our desires."

Also, I'm sure a lot of people thought Alanis Morissette said "Crossed-eye bear." in You Oughta Know!

There's also Christina Aguilera's What A Girl Wants. When I was younger, I thought she said in the chorus: "What a girl wants, what a girl needs. Whatever makes me have rabid sex, you freak." It is actually "What a girl wants, what a girl needs. Whatever makes me happy sets you free." :innocent:

And finally Radiohead's Karma Police. "I've given all we can, but we're still on the parallel." when it's actually 'payroll'.

I can't wait to hear everybody elses.

There is one someone told me from Britney Spear's toxic:
"There's no escape, I can't rape, I need a hip, baby gimme aids"
    The real one...
    "There's no escape, I can't wait, I need a hip, baby gimme ? "

Also Fall Out Boy, Thanks for the Memories:
"He tastes like you only Sweden" was actually "He tastes like you only sweeter."

For the Pussycat Dolls, "When I Grow Up", I thought it went:

    When I grow up
    I wanna see the world
    drive nice cars
    I wanna have boobies.

For the record, it was "groupies".  Seriously though, I know young girls these days who are worried about having boobs, so I didn't think it was too far of a stretch to believe that's what they were singing. :innocent:

I have bad hearing and am notorious for hearing lyrics wrong, so I'll probably think of more later and come back and add them. :p

I used to think that the Bee Gees were singing: Stena Line, Stena Line (which is a swedish ferry operator) instead of staying a live.. I still sing Stenaline :p

And In Coldplays Yellow the lyrics: "Your skin, Oh yeah your skin and bones" really sound like this: Jeg sked, og jah jeg sked en bums. (it's danish but pretty much means: I pooped, oh yes I pooped a pimple..) :ninja:

I believe Britney's "If you seek Amy" definitely belongs here :p
