I'm not sure how seriously she takes her career in the European market... Thinking back, her turning down IMG's offer is pretty much a good indication. I mean, who turns down IMG? there are thousands of hopefuls each year willing to do anything to sign w/ them, and can't. Guess it just shows how much of a priority she places in making a name for herself. Unlike some models who try VERY hard to make it (Pei Bei), Mo seems to be just ridin' the tide. I guess she loves her homeland first and foremost!
she just needs the right team to edge up her look/hype it up like they do with other models. i really hope she can develop her career overseas. she's too much of a rarity & talent to stay homebound!

hahaha slyangel222 said:Well it seems IMG have somewhat dropped their standards as it's reported on Style.com that Pei Bei is an IMG model, and modeling for Miu Miu.
I don't doubt that because her VERY FIRST fashion show was for DIOR COUTURE, and she was the most elegant, exotic, experienced and exciting model in the entire show. The actions or runway videos speak for themselves, this isn't just my opinion.ecec said:hahaha sly
IMG never had any standards when it comes to Asian models anyway. Women/Supreme always have good eyes.
Mo did so well in her first season. For somone who wasn't shot by any *famous* photographer or had editorials in her book, she did damn good. If she decides to go for another season after her Galliano lookbook comes out, then it's on. It all depends on her though.
Pei Bei is plain, too thin with no body, and has no presence. She is like a mirror twin of Du Juan in an alternate universe that is perverse in its contained success.ecec said:i wish they change Chinese models every season so we can see several new girls each season instead of letting 1 dominate for 3, 4 seasons. i'm getting sick of Pei Bei she looks like she's ill. Mo should stay though, she doesn't look Chinese. haha.
rofl. nice poetic verse....angel222 said:She is like a mirror twin of Du Juan in an alternate universe that is perverse in its contained success.
