I always thought the "Jac" part didn't sound as "Jack" though, I pronounce the "a" part more harsh, "a" as in "admire"

This is actually Russian pronounciation and she's from Belarus, in Belarussian it's Tats-yah-nah Dzyah-heel-yeh-vah
dz is something like "ds" in "odds"

Frackowiak > Frah-koh-wiahk

It's pronounced Fronts-koh-vyak
"on" as in French "non" or "mon"

Eugenia Volodina > I think the right russian pronounciation is Oi-shen-yah Vol-o-dina

It's either Yev-geh-ni-yah (as j'adorekapusta wrote) or Zheh-nee-yah - this was in the movie, it's a dimunitive.
