but I have no clue for paris and NYC, it used to be IMG, even though models.com says its her agency shes not with them anymore shes not on there website !

don't think so. the departure is no surprise for them, and they work hard for months to compensate it, and as far as i know they seem to have a rather good board of new faces.
Even with the Elite name, to start an agency and to make it last is far more hard in the current market than to keep on running a well established agency even with some elements less.

I would not say the same for Major Milan though...
