^ Tyra only had 1 Vogue cover, and I don't even think it was a main cover.

Tyra was on the main cover of Spanish Vogue but curiously enough no one from this forum or fan of hers that I know or visited their website/blogs got their hands on it, it's so weird! We can find old vogue issues and buy them on ebay from 1920 but one with Tyra in the 1990's is impossible to get??? It gets weirder, no one can say which month it was or the year, one of the coverlines announces the 1992 Olympic games in Barcelona but that's it. In Tyra's beauty book, there's also a small pic but no more intel, I wish someone had that issue or that cover in HQ. I'm living in Madrid, I'll seriously visit the Spanish Vogue offices, since I know someone there, and will ask to have/to see/to know more about that ghost issue lol

NOW people I need your views on that: I just don't understand WHY Tyra didn't have more Vogue in the past or even now. Before she did couture runways/prêt-à-porter/high fashion in major shows, had various magazines covers, was THE Victoria's secret angel, was on talk shows etc. and YES she was perhaps then too commercial sometimes and went to become the "american kinda of good girl" and so wasn't so edgy for Vogue like Kristen or Linda ect. + the feud with Naomi and the rivalry etc. but NOW she's a mogul/very interesting celebrity/Harvard alumni/TV sensation/actress/published author/has a great figure for clothes, sells great face/cool speachs/amazing body positions since she's a supermodel and yet Anna Wintour doesn't find her suitable! I meannnnnnnn

Ok I do understand completely why people might not like her as a celebrity, she's over the top sometimes, which makes her funny for me and could look very self centered but isn't if you read her and see her goals, but when I see D-list celebrities like Paris Hilton, a complete **** who is famous only for her money and a sex tape getting the cover of Vogue Paris and Vogue Turkey I'm sooooooooooo freakin' shocked y'all. People, honestly, even though you don't like/understand Tyra's appeal, would you honestly tell me Paris Hilton is more Vogue than a fashion supermodel turned mogul like Tyra Banks? Please be honest and tell me why YOU think, Tyra didn't get more Vogue covers. She even partners now with Vogue Italia, has been in a few Vogue Italia spreads/interviews in the last decade + has André leon talley on ANTM + a contributor to Vogue.it + was featured in Vogue Korea in 2 issues (that I know of) so whyyyyyyyy among the 20 Vogue of the world (supplements+main editions+men's issues etc.) she hasn't been on a single cover since the 1990's????

I got shocked as well !! I don't follow her work that much, but her last cover i remember i saw was the Vogue Paris one, and it was so wonderful, and because of that one and all the work she has accomplished i thought she had like at least 10 vogue covers, and seeing only 3, was shocking.

yes it's the calendar, i guess it's a suplement, i always tend to confuse suplement with the cover, it happened to me also when i did vlada's countdown.
