After several seasons of light/dark brown, blonde and platinium hair, I noticed that long pitch black hair appeared on more catwalks than usual for the summer shows... does anybody else LOVE this?

I am half-Asian so I have long, straight, slick pitch black hair. But it's been this way for too long so I just actually posted in the "Style My Hair" thread to see what cut would suit me!

i gave up on black for the very exact reason strawberry mentioned..didn't feel like my facial features lived up to the high drama..and it was quite high maintenance because i hated the sight of matted black hair (serums and hair masques alternated with henna/indigo to get the gloss) or my light brown roots showing and dying eyebrows also became a drag

loved the yohji s/s 08 black 'n' braided look very much

My natural coloring is this dark, and I don't see why it's difficult. Most people of the world are just born with dark hair.

Guys! Don't worry too much. I've had every hair color, and I undoubtedly look best with pitch black, having fair skin and a face I don't consider great. Of course, my natural hair color is a "soft" neutral black; I prefer a cool-toned very-black when dyed...

i live for my feria black knight hairdye, mixed in with my almost gone vintage sebastain neon blue colourshine.

i really wanna dye my hair black...but i have sworn off dye since i chopped my locks to get virgin hair again must resist....must resist! dyeing my hair was like a really bad adiction, and it's taken me years to quit and years to grow my hair out.......

im just in love with the drama...and black is so dramatic!
