Moschino F/W 14.15 Milan

To be honest, after looking through the collection on Style.com, I was speechless. I want to love it but at the same time, I want to loathe it so hard cause of its tackiness. And right at this very moment, I'm still undecided if I'm a fan of this one or not.
You really need to see the video then. It was an energetic & delightful show. And as ultramarine stated, so true to Moschino's spirit.

I agree with this entirely. When I saw individual pieces from the collection in the photos, I cringed a little bit and questioned it, but once I saw the show in motion on the video my opinion changed entirely. I definitely loved the energy and fun of it all, and the casting was really great too IMO; one of the few truly diverse casts in a Milan show.

I do think Franco Moschino was much more subversive, and his collections had a lot more depth and bite as satire. This seems like the equivalent of toilet humor. Fun, I guess, but watered down so that it's still palatable.

Whilst there is virtually nothing I like from this collection I have to admit it has succeeded in bringing people to talk again about moschino, this is the trend, like what's happening at kenzo, Loewe etc.

If it brings money to the house, then I guess that makes commercial sense.

^ thats all it seems like..though her last couple of collections weren't that great i loved rossella jardini :( i will never like jeremy scott...
