i never saw this in France (or never pay attention to it. because there's a mag in france w/ similar name...for teengirls or sthg like that)
anyway...is it same price than Vogue italia or Flair?! because if it is, in France it must costs only 6/7€, i guess...and it looks pretty good!!

Over here the prices of Vogue (IT) and Flair are totally different!
Flair being 5Euro and Vogue (IT) 10Euro.
