Yes.. so the mini looping has that dark brown lining (not suede)... most of the fakes have a light cream suede...and I think lv is using more alcantra (redish color) to throw off counterfits...

I always try to look at the hardware too. Very often the fakes have the wrong hardware.

I saw the worst fake EVER on eBay yesterday and people were bidding on it! I'm so thankful for eLuxury. I wish there was a site where you could compare Chanel bags.

I found a caviar, drawstring tote at a consignment store. The only problem is that the corners are a little worn. I'm hoping that I can take it to a boutique and they will refurbish it for me. We'll see...

One time I was on ebay and a member selling chanel products had an AboutME page which went into detail about chanel bags and how to tell if they are authentic... or u can always post them here....

I went on mypoupette.com again today and just as i was looking at one of the mentioned seller's item, i could have sworn it was fake
I may not be an expert on real and fake bags but even i could see the Dior bag was fake. Its just disgusting ripping off customers.

Just wanted to update eveyone. I noticed this morning that eLuxury has taken the alternate picture of the medium looping down.

From what I gather, the bag used to be made with the seam, but the newer models don't have the seam.

I guess there are too many bags left to sell WITH the seam in the stores, so they took the pic down.

The lady at the 866 LV number said they would have the pic removed, but the people from eLuxury said that they wouldn't...interesting.

lol Yah I noticed that too...but u know.. how the lvs are supposed to match all the way around...for example on the speedy lv on the front should be on the same horizontal line on the side...well according to their pics..it isnt like that... I think eluxury is a lil confused lol oh well
