Louis Vuitton Bag - alternative to typical messengers

I'm looking for a LV bag, I guess you could say a "messenger" bag, but I really hate that term. Anyway, looking for one by LV that does NOT have a flap over the top. I want one that is just a big bag with a topzip closure and a nice strap that, if I wanted to, could be worn across the chest. I have looked everywhere and can't find anything like this. Does LV even make such? Any help would be appreciated...

I wear a reporter myself. They come in two sizes. It's very easy to use with the 2 separated compartments. The GM is really big, so the PM might be enough. How large do you want it?

It's got small flaps at top over the zipper, but you can tuck it into the pockets on the side.

I, too, was looking for a LV monogram canvas messenger style bag with a zip closure. They do not make one like that so I settled for the Musette. I totally need a zip top closure with a Toddler so now I am selling it on ebay. If a zip top closure is something that is important to you don't settled for the Musette. Before I know it, I have a baby running around covered in lipstick from getting into my purse!

I own this bag and it's REALLY not that big. In fact, it's my smallest purse. And I NEVER use the strap. But it does come in bigger sizes - the one pictured aboved is the smallest size. Just thought I'd let you know...
