I didn't know we had Color Club polishes here!:woot: I ran into them today while shopping and I went home with Warhol (it's neon!) from Poptastic Collection-first from left.:D It's like pink highlighter.

I'll be wearing it at the seaside.B)

Ok, I've never been into nail polishes (I only had a black, a regular red, and a dark plum) but this thread has made me want to try more colours and brands :ninja:. I thought Rimmel was a good brand to start with,
two coats of Rimmel's Coralicious:

Excuse the messiness, I'm a nail polish virgin:rofl:.

it's better than i do it, and i am most definitely not a np virgin lol. lovely colour, goes well on you.

Oh, good then:lol:.
I like it, but now that I have it on, it's a little too bright for me. Maybe it's better for toe nails...

What a fierce colour:woot:, I understand that you weren't comfortable wearing it in public ;).
But I've decided I'm not going to take it off, I'm wearing it tomorrow . I hope I won't have the urge to go home:ninja:.

Everybody here has such pretty nails!

I just painted mine Totally 80s by Milani. It's a neon, but I only put on two coats (it's pretty thin). The effect is that it actually looks like a neutral, like a khaki or olive would. It's a freakin' neon green neutral! I love it. I need to buy this whole range ASAP.

Are Essie polishes widely available in Paris, and if so where? I'm visiting in a couple of weeks and thought that there was no point ordering online if I can just pick it up there

^ I don't think they are.
I've never even heard of Essie nail polish.

I started wearing it because I wanted to follow the trend of matching lipstick / nail colour (I wear Chanel Coco Cambon). The salesperson at Sephora recommanded OPI Feelin' Hot-Hot-Hot! and it is indeed quite flashy ^_^ but after feeling uncomfortable the first few days, it's really growing on me!

my picture (excuse the sloppiness, I haven't worn nail polish in years!)

I just got Blue My Mind from H&M...LOVE it! I've been wanting it for so long. I think it's really similar to Lapis of Luxury, though a bit brighter.

I was wondering if anyone has compared the two Essie nailpolishes Mademoiselle and Hi Maintenance ?
Given the rave about Essie I'm a bit surprised that we don't have a seperate thread for Essie..
