Natalie Portman

She looks so happy but that dress is not a good look. I like the skirt but the sleeves are not very flattering (at least not in those shots).

^ I'm with you guys about the wedding dress. I hate the sleeves! The shape is really pretty though. Kinda sad that these photos emerged since I heard really strict measures were taken to make sure none would be released. Congrats to them!

I don't mind the sleeves but maybe it has to do with tradition? maybe a sleeveless dress is not allowed in a traditional jewish wedding? I have no idea.

What a horrible wedding dress!
But never mind, she's super-happy!! Congrats to them!!

Yeah, typically at more conservative jewish weddings it's expected that the bride cover her arms. It's a sign of respect really. I don't think the dress looks bad, it's just a bad picture. But I feel bad that pictures were released to the public, they must be really annoyed. However, Mazel Tov to the happy couple!

If it was one of our friends or another celebrity, we would all jump on the "FUGLY DRESS!!" bandwagon and rightfully so, but you have to understand that Natalie's very private and probably didn't think pictures would be released - even if a wedding dress is something girls labor over finding, etc, I bet she didn't think pictures would be released as they now have so she didn't care as much about the PERFECT dress. Also, it was a traditional Jewish wedding, in which the body mostly has to be covered. While she does have a Dior contract, Natalie isn't very extravagant and over the top and while I personally don't like the dress either even given these things to consider, it did serve the occasion. The dress might be a Dior custom, I don't know, but I'm not surprised that she didn't get an elaborate dress.

I do like the detailing of the neckline and the flower headband/veil.

I actually like the sleeves, in the other pictures it doesn't look as bad! She is the most gorgeous bride anyways!

I bet its not as bad as the pics make it look. Those are probably super long lens shots

I'm sure she looked lovely.

I like the dress, it is simple and modest:) and u might not lik the dress etc, but she probably has friends and they must have said it is nice:)

A source tells PEOPLE that Portman tied the knot in a dress by Rodarte, the label run by Portman’s longtime pals, sisters Laura and Kate Mulleavy. The frothy white A-line frock, left, was tea length, and featured a sheer overlay that covered the star’s chest and arms. She accessorized the simple gown with nude shoes, a veil and what appeared to be a floral crown.

I agree with ChrissyM, I don't think the dress is as bad as it looks in these pictures. Plus, I love tea length wedding dresses.

Not surprising that she went with Rodarte :p The tea length is cute and somehow really suits her, but with the long sleeves, high neckline and poofy skirt.. it all makes for an awkward-looking dress. I do love the back from what I can see, and the crown. And, well, it's Natalie.

The dress is frumpy. Yes she is beautiful and happy and Natalie Portman,
but her wedding dress could've been EPIC. Simple but epic.

And it's not.

It's Rodarte? For some reason I thought she might go for Dior but I suppose it was a private wedding and she will have been given free reign.

It looks a little like Audrey's dress from My fair lady (which I absolutely love) but Natalie's dress seems a little tacky..
