She looks terrific. She has the kind of classic timeless looks that don't go out of fashion. If Rowland is motivated and believes in her, he can definitely rebuild her career. I always thought her potential under the old leadership at Ford was never realized.

I think it's just a misunderstanding. Although terrific may mean frightful in dictionary, people nowadays usually use it to mean awesome or wonderful. I had this misunderstanding a couple years ago. And Nataliya does look wonderful, can't wait to see her comeback.
