Any places that are really cheap and nice ? outlets....

century 21...on chambers st across from gound zero... a bit of a mess...but discount designer

find outlet- in chelsea and nolita...less selection but sometimes ok...

hurry up and get here...because everything is on sale...so everywhere is good shopping right now...

if you were able to drive about 45 minutes norht there is woodbury commons...an outlet mall...i never go anymore...but they have tons of outlets up there...

There are a couple of places that specialize in vintage resale of Japanese designers (Comme des Garcons, Issey Miyake, Yohji Yamamoto, etc. Yu, and Tokyo Joe.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to work them into the hectic schedule, but hopefully on my next visit.

There is also Filene's Basement on 6/20th, DSW on USquare, Daffys on Bway/Grand. None of these can even hold a candle to Century21 though. There is also INA and Fisch for the Hip for designer consignment.

I bot my all time fav shoes (miu miu) at INA for $90 several years back...definitely worth checking out.

Flying A in soho has some nice stuff too ie. sweaters and vintage scarfs.

Love INA!!!! There is one on Prince between Elizabeth and Mott Street (a few doors down from Cafe Havana) I saw a couple balenciaga's at this location recently. They looked almost MINT condition. I have had a lot of luck in this store as well.
