so...of course i had to go...

So, could've I walked in one hour into the party (like I've done before )? Who are these people? Too bad there weren't any clothes to look at. When do they really open? Hmm, from the designers listed it looks like they want to give Kirna Zabete a run for their money, which I don't think will be too easy. Did you ask them about the tacky neon sign? Do they plan to keep it?

yes faust...you could have walked in...and they are supposed to open today...

and i think i actually like the sign...i have a thing for neon...i think it's from coming to nyc so much as a kid and seeing all the neon lights on bdwy...i mean...look at the street shot with all the lights...it's better than jwlry to me...

for anyone who's interested btw...that shot is of the angelika theatre...where most independent and foreign films are shown in nyc...

helena...i did have fun...because it was so funny...it was hilarious...and it was just a big show...i think most of those people would qualify as wannabes...students and assistants and wannabe fashion people...people who would never and could never afford to actually shop there...but with all the champagne it was a very fun and festive atmosphere...the dj was playing really good honest to goodness rock n roll...
and it was a pretty sexy vibe...far less pretentious than i am used to at things like this...very young kids mostly...and a bunch of japanese people...

i went alone...walked through twice with my camera...and left...15 minutes total...
the place is only a few blocks from my apt...

I noticed him too ! He actually looks a little bit like my husband.. that is when I make him NOT cut his hair.

What's the NY-deal with that freak woman (I take it her name is amanda lepore) She was ay Heatherette as well wasn't she ?

my thought is that they hired a 'party promoter' to put on the party...instead of fashion pr firm...so as a result...this is what they got...
i think that's why there were so many cute boys...

amanda lepore is also talking to at least one, if not both of the guys from heatherette...i can only imagine what they are doing in that little circle...*snifffffffff*...
