She looks lovely - love her hair (colour and style), make up and dress. She always picks the right colours for her complexion! I would have picked different shoes though - those are a too matchy-matchy.

If I had my way, she would dye her hair a deep red and cut a proper fringe into it. That suits her skin and face best. You can see that she's become interested in fashion but, at the minute, the clothes are wearing her. She's definately better dressed than Cheryl though.

I really liked her hair when it was darker. Nicola is my favorite member of GA and dresses a hell of alot better than Cheryl. Cheryl is overrated.

I see potential. The hair needs to be darker, and she could use some makeup help (even though she does have a makeup range!). It looks like she does dress herself though, which is refreshing.
Nice to see her maturing.
