Her style is much better than Cheryl's. Nicola takes a lot more risks than Cheryl, whose style is very dull, IMO.

There's still something not right with the hair, I think maybe if she didn't have the bangs she'd look more her age, the way it is there kind of ages her

I think it looks ok but I´d like to see her for a change with her hair tied up.

That reminded me, she looked great with bangs in 2006 (and imo this shade of red suited her the best)

I don't get the hate with her hair. It's very strawberry blonde and I think it suits her and compliment her skin tone very well.
