Poor Nigella. Her family has an history of cancer and i suppose that's why she covers up when she is in the sun.

And someone also pointed out that if she's filming a TV series, then for the sake of continuity and the possible need to reshoot scenes, it would look strange on the show if one moment she was alabaster pale, and the next, rather tanned.

Nigella looked to be in pain as she walked to her waiting taxi and seamed to be having trouble with her right foot.
