Lily looks striking, but I don't like the composition, I agree with whoever said that the proportions are off....

And such a freezing cold palette. But that'll probably look better irl...

I'm not a fan of Lily in this shot, there's something about the shape of her face that I find really offputting. I like the styling, for the most part, but it still sort of bores me a little. Numero always has great content, though, so hopefully there's some nice editorials.

I think that depends on what city you're in. I've checked dozens of Chapters but have only ever seen it there once (in Calgary) and it was a single copy - I was convinced I was hallucinating, because I'd been trying desperately to find that copy. But I have found it at tons of independent magazine stores in Ottawa. The benefit of having a strong French population, I suppose.

It's not so much the composition/styling that bothers me, it's Lily's own proportions... Her face looks really small compared to her upper body (those shoulders!!) her hand looks big and her arms look weird... But as I said I love Lily and i'm glad she got the cover

ETA: I've just looked at the cover again, hiding her arms with my thumbs, and it looks amazing... So my real problem is the arms...

I love her birdlike features in this shot. Her hair works as a peacock crow. She just radiates exoticism and mistique. Fresh and organic for sure!
