Nylon November 2010 : Evan Rachel Wood by Marvin Scott Jarrett

You'd think she'd have graduated from Nylon with her fragrance deal and image. It's a dumb cover but she's such a beautiful girl.

What on earth do you mean by this? Scarlett Johansson, Megan Fox, Chloe Sevigny, etc. are all past Nylon cover-stars. Evan isn't "above" Nylon at all.

^agree. i don't dislike this mag. its always decent. she annoys and intrigues me. so pretty.

Yes. All of these girls have achieved a wide range of magazine covers from Elle to Purple. The only covers I can recall Evan getting are Glamour and 2 other Nylon covers. She's in a different phase of her career than their recent cover girls, Emma Stone and Jessica Szohr. And because of that, it would be natural to move on to bigger targets particularly since Gucci is behind her. Perhaps, she isn't promoting anything for a while and that's why we don't see her on other magazines. I was expressing my surprise, that is all.

I don't think Rachel will ever be a cover girl for really mainstream fashion magazines. The most I can see her getting is like... a W or V cover.

Nylon is so boring. All of their eds look the same.

At first glance, I thought I was looking at the Emma Stone spread again.

Hey its another red-head cover girl! Thats the only nice thing I can say about the cover.

she is very young. i could definitely see her on vogue in a few years. she's gorgeous and talented and appealing. she may just not be mainstream enough yet.

Interesting how Evan's covers for Nylon always reflect the current state of the magazine... how long till it folds. :ninja::innocent:

the truth is, Nylon gets who and what's hot most of the time, it's the execution that fails so badly. I am always tempted to buy it, even if it will always be the same old disappointment-- bad styling and edits on interesting people, badly written articles on interesting topics... they always manage to make everything appear like a paid ad for something, I dont get that, cant they be more subtle! well, they also try to manage to shove 3-4 wannabe it girls that nobody cares about just because they have persistent publicists.

What's with the Nylon hate? I actually like their features and articles. Although I do agree styling and edits are lacking, it's a generally very relevant and interesting read.

Nylon Mexico November

She is also in the Mexican edition.

the mexican edition cover is way much better..
