Dictionaries? Do you mean you like to buy specialty dictionaries so you'll have anything you need (like a law dictionary, beauty, health, pharmacology, etc) or language dictionaries?

I buy all sorts of dictionaries. I have a few pocket dictionaries, at least three large dictionaries, some picture dictionaries, an English-Spanish dictionary, two English-Russian dictionaries, and so forth. Basically, if it's got "Dictionary" in the title, I own it. :lol:

Its educational, you'll get smarter and smarter every day :)

i like dictionaries too...

in addition to the standard language ones...
i have some really interesting ones....

ie-
the dictionary of imaginary places...
the dictionary of gods and goddesses, devils and demons...

:p

^ those dictionaries sound v. interesting, soft.

my favorites are the American Heritage dictionary (good etymology) and the Oxford English dictionary (same) ^_^

As for my current obsessions:
* pretty shoes, the sort that I hardly get to wear because of the constant drizzle
* cardigans
* hats
* colored gel pens

But i must say, reading this thread makes me feel less guilty about my acquisitions! :lol:

Luxurious candles, underwear and bags.
Also have a thing for girly-looking makeup, necklaces and brooches (particularly vintage or oversized or lovely looking flower pins- not the tacky bright ones).

I cannot stop buying magazines (though I am proud of how much I have cut down on this). I also cannot stop buying room fresheners (the plug-in kind). If I find a scent that I like in Bath and Body Works (i.e. the holidays scents), I feel the need to buy everyone one the store has, so I won't ever run out in case they discontinue it!
