oh PLEASE!! help me!!!!

yah...i contacted lv and they said they wouldnt be able to write a letter. yes that was me that posted the pics in the other "fake or not" since then, ive been doing lots of learning and have a pretty good sense of whats real and whats not....because i DO NOT like fakes. i have sold a lot of bags on ebay too, and dont want to be one of those hash sellers. write after he said in an email that he had mailed the bag out to me, he somehow became an unregistered user...so then i couldn't leave any feedback. im going to fax a bunch of informtion to the claims department today. wish me luck! and man have a learned a thing or two.

was there a Paypal Buyer Protection icon on the auction? If so, you could have filed Item Not as Described with PBP and it covers up to $1,000. I'm sure you would've done that, though, if it was covered under PBP. And they might've asked for a letter, too. I had a learning experience of my own. I bought a balenciaga twiggy that never came. The stupid idiot seller didn't buy tracking or dc. Anyway, it was covered under PBP, and since she didn't get delivery confirmation when she sent it, I was automatically given the $1,000. Then she went NLRU, so I lost the other $350. Still burns.

well... i payed with a money order and so i had to do all the paperwork and it took forever but i finally got my refund. what's ironic about the whole thing was that the postal service issued me a refund in full before i got my ebay refund. and for the letter that ebay requested, they gave me only two weeks to get it. i was going to do one through mypoupette, but even if i payed for the rush service, i stll wouldn't have gotten it in time for their deadline. so i wrote one myself and put my older sisters contact info on it...i know it's not neccessarily what they asked for, but after i got burned i made it my goal to become and LV fake expert and knew all the details on why it wasn't what it was supposed to be. i did bag research, internet research and made it my hobbie at work to check out any and all LV bags and figure out if they were real or fake and why. so if this happens to anyone in the future, i'd be more than happy to help you out with a letter....and it wont cost you $50 bucks like on mypoupette.
