Oscar de la Renta F/W 2017.18 : Mariacarla Boscono by Tim Walker

Quite unexpected for ODLR to choose MCB and Tim Walker but this actually works! Not a fan of the new logo though. I wish the text would've been thinner so you can see the name properly.

I don't understand the focus on the bags. I don't think of ODLR as a bag company at all. They shine with their clothes, or at least they used to. Perhaps the negative reviews forced them to rethink their marketing strategy? I don't like this at all.

I can now understand why she was cast, an allusion to the 50's swan-necked society women such as Marella Agnelli. ODLR has a strong debutante client base, so they always need to keep it as classic as possible.

The new logo is horrible. These two need to step their game up or else it's curtains for them!

LMAO, where did you get this phrase from??

But yes, I agree! It's far too illegible. I understand that it may be Oscar's handwriting?
