i actually love the hair and makeup. it makes the models look so glamourous which in turn makes the clothes look better. so many designers have been doing this corpse stuff which doesn't help the clothes.

With the exception of the frou frou gown on Iris i think its great and totally appropriate for the customer

Bleh...this is frightening to say the least! Oscar has a terrible sense of color...these combinations are garish and unattractive.

And could the hair and make up be more aging/dated? Unreal.

The clothing is very beautiful, but I can only imagine people over 35 wearing it.

AMAZING COLLECTION, the best of New York Fashion Week. The color palette is to die for. I love the reds and purples and deep blues. My favorite fall colors. The garments are extremly sexy and elegant. The use of fur is also very stunning. De la Renta never fails. This collection was pure beauty.

ODLR is the American Valentino.

U took the words right out of my mouth. Valentino Garavani may have retired but at least we still have De la Renta.

It's really typical ODLR style...but it's soooooo good. Very mature and Wintour-esque, but I suppose it's nice that someone thought about the older generation of women for once! The variety in colours is astounding and I love the dress on Rianne and the orange one on Jac! They are gonna look great in eds.
