Outfits that are inspired by something

here is what I was thinking: you can post pictures of yourselfs wearing something that is either inspired or similar to something seen on a runway, on a celeb or maybe on street style. post picture of yourself and the outfit that inspired it next to it.

for exaple, I loved what Nicole Richie wore in this pic(wireimage) and I was planning to create a similar outfit. I don't have time to post a picture of myself right now, but I'll come back later tonight.

I try to approach my day in the same way, because it makes life just a little bit more fun.

Ooohh I love this thread. Especially after stylediary's challenge this month! Does anyone else have any achievable pictures that I could attempt to copy? All of those (several hundred) in my fashion folder are all so farfetched and made up of such detailed pieces.
