Absolute Fall/Autumn-type shoes in Post #427 by from: sophia. My inclination is usually to go with some kind of dark, earthen colors. So something like intensely bright colors (like hot pink, for example) would be a no-no and would be inconsistent with the shoes. Perhaps I can think of a few looks to go with those pumps.
If you're thinking of jeans, then that's pretty fine for those. There's two ways I'd wear those. (1) The first is to go with darker blue denim washes. Maybe look for a good five-pocket pair of jeans, flap-pockets, no back pockets, or those denim jean trousers that I've been so fond of. Skinny jeans will probably be okay, if you don't want to show off those pumps in a lovely way. A comfortable sweater or T-shirt would be great. I'd probably wear a brown top or some kind of forest green. More dark, unsaturated colors would work here. (2) You may even try white-colored jeans. If not that, then maybe beige or something. You'll still need a nice top of your choice. A dark magenta top or brown top would suit you well. I COULD think of white jeans or beige or tan jeans to wear with those. Jeans would be appropriate since I don't think you can pull off any really cute formal-type looks. I'm usually thinking of good jeans ranging from slim fit to wide-leg.
Now let me think of skirts and dresses. I noticed the black tights in the picture. I wouldn't wear black tights with those shoes. Save the darker colors for a top. You could take a chance finding a nice dress to wear of either a short dress or a knee-length dress. A maxi dress is also a lovely option. If it gets too cold, a cute jacket or bolero will keep you warm. Unless you dislike Bohemian style, a dark brown full skirt would be a lovely skirt option.
All in all, I'd keep an even balance of dark colors as well as very earthen colors (like dark brown) with those pumps. They just scream Fall/Autumn. I was very uncertain as to what I'd go with since they are more Fall-appropriate pumps than say, Spring or Summer. Dress up with confidence!
