Hello iLoveCouture! Well, the sequin dress arrived and I am not thrilled with how it looks SO that is off the table.... the other dress is this little red number from BCBG Max Azria with my CL YoYo, what do you think?

The dress is an exact match to the CL soles! Kind of fun.... thoughts?

^Pmd ya back, it was pretty short on me. Im 5"7 and took a small, but it was shorter on me because of my boobies! haha the dress lifted up....but it was beautiful. I probably will never wear it again..dont like to wear the same dresses twice LOL.

C, I like the red dress..but if your doing a true cocktail party then you need a bling blingy dress!!! and yes, for a medium, depends on the bust though. im a natural 38dd. My measurements are 38-27-38 and I took a small (I liked the tight clingy look HAHAHA). I have a small frame, narrow shoulders blah blah, so hopefully my measurements help. I think a M would suit you well since your 5"11! omg with heels how tall are you women!!!

ps. I dont know what your style is usually, but bebe has really cute blingy cocktail dresses. I normally buy my dresses from them, they are made well for the most part and are super sexy and trendy!!

Here is my true concern.. my husband and I were invited to this cocktail party. My husband is good friends with the host/husband whom I have met...never have meeting his wife or their circle of friends...is 'blingy' too much? The red dress is incredibly sexy and with a criss cross low back (shown below)...plunging neckline...

I am thinking the red as it is sexy yet still not too over the top... sorry to be so indecisive.....thoughts? CB

i like this combo, but i think you should try to wear your sedaraby. they are the perfect 'holiday cocktail party' shoe. also, you can't go wrong with a LBD or as exoc suggests a little bling. i would go short - show off those sexy, long legs!

Bella, I think for Europe 'blingy' too much, and since you are that tall you'll always get the attention and envy! I love red dress with nude shoe.
Also red is sooo in this winter - what about red dress and the red rolandos? - that would be so
