Pamela Anderson

^ Sad...another Baywatch joke and/or train wreck... almost no one from that show, maybe the most beautiful assemblage of young actors ever, has done anything but embarrassed themselves or has just disappeared from sight...:(

She looks good on facebook pics. ^_^ and very nice black&white outfit.

I don't believe only 20 people turned up, after all it's the Daily Mail who wrote this article.
And the Daily Mail are never to be trusted!!!
However the outfit was way too much, too much on show to be specific. She does classy soooo well, so I don't know why she tries to avoid it so much.

I actually think she looks gorgeous in that grey dress, I am loving the stretchy long wool mis dresses that are coming out. It reminded me of the one in the topshop lookbook. I want one!

OTT on the makeup again, I know it's her thing but it's doing her no favours, her body is killer though.

There was an interview with Pamela last month in OK! Magazine that I've typed if anyone's interested. :flower:

She's one of Hollywood's most gorgeous, glamorous and glittering stars, yet we can't we help thinking that if Pamela Anderson had moved to Manchester instead of Malibu at an early age, she would have spent her mornings shuffling down the precinct in her slippers for a pint of milk, a scratchcard and a good gossip.

Just look at the evidence, she loves chips and panto, has appeared on The Jeremy Kyle Show and spends her nights boozing in Wetherspoons, not carousing in the Wolseley, when she hits London.

The Baywatch beauty, 42, has even been living in a trailer park with her electrician boyfriend Jamie Padgett. "It's a one-room mobile home that I bought as a guest house," she says. "I moved there because I was waiting for this drama house to be built in this posh part of Malibu. Then I realised I was so much happier and the kids were also happy. I fell in love there - it's where my boyfriend lives too. We met on the way to the beach."

Here the endearing star lets slips some mouthwatering titbits about fame, motherhood, that infamous sex tape - and how her sons Brandon and Dylan have never even seen her in Baywatch...

Pamela, you're still a sex symbol in your forties - how do you feel about that?

Thank God I made it (laughs)! I look back on the past ten years and I'm proud of what I accomplished because I've been able to raise two beautiful children, I've been married and survived. And just to be able to do the projects I want to do. I look at a lot of women my age and they don't have kids yet, they've never got married or experienced some of the fun things I have. I jump in and feel the fear. I do that a lot and it's always life changing. I never have any regrets.

How much time do you spend each day to look like you do?

Today, an hour and a half, but my kids keep me in shape. I play every sport with them - football, basketball, baseball, I'm always outside, on the beach and in the water. I'm not a real gym person - I don't do the gym and I don't diet. I'm vegetarian but I don't diet.

You're a single mum yet you work all the time - how do you balance that?

I've actually taken a lot of time off. I do a lot for PETA. I do a lot of things I think are really important - I volunteer at school and I'm still amazed I can pay my bills because I feel like I don't work that much, I really don't.

You seem to have decided to focus more on your family and not on your career...

Well, yes, of course. I have two very wild kids, although considering the gene pool, (the boys' dad is rocker Tommy Lee) they're gentlemen. They are a full-time job and nobody else can handle them but me, so I can't have help.

Have you given up on musicians?

(Laughs) I hope so, but never say never. I don't know. Time just passes and people come into your life and projects come into your life.

What do your kids think of your public image - they must be aware of it?

They're not really. They've never seen Baywatch. I want them to watch it but they're not interested. Baywatch isn't on right now where I am and they saw little parts in Borat but that's about all they've seen. But it's such a cute show.

Do you talk to your sons about being a sex symbol?

No, they obviously don't think of me like that. They know I'm at school with the neon vest parking cars and doing safety patrol. Obviously they've grown up with me and they know there are paparazzi. They're not going to be shocked one day about anything about their father or I but it's going to come naturally.

On the subject of shocks, how did you deal with the sex tape?

That was hard because I was pregnant with Dylan and I remember going through depositions and seeing these lawyers with the white stuff coming out of the corner of their mouths, like they had blown up pictures of me naked and I said: "I can't take it any more!". It obviously had a big effect on my marriage, it was a really crazy time. But my everyday life isn't like that.

Do you still have the Baywatch swimsuit?

I do. I did a commercial and I had my swimsuit which was really funny. I had one left and I had one in my house, they've disappeared over the years. I have one which I put on every once in a while for my boyfriends, just for fun, so I knew it fit. So I took it there and I get there and on a hanger there's this red swimsuit and I'm like: "The butt is about that big and they have a big bra built into it." I said: "Do you think I've changed that much in ten years?" I gave it to my mother. It fits her perfect (laughs).

You really send up the bimbo image - do you like making fun of yourself?

I think you have to make fun of yourself before other people do, so I'm usually the first to joke about myself because that's my sense of humour.

Do you know any dumb blonde jokes?

(Laughs) I don't. That's how dumb I am!

How do you feel about that stereotype?

I think it's funny. We all have to have a sense of humour about ourselves and other people. It's definitely one of those things.

Do you get irritated when it's directed at you?

Gosh no, I made a career out of it. I guess ignorance is bliss - when I do interviews people always say: "Aren't you upset that people make fun of you?" And I'm like: "Are they making fun of me?" I guess I just don't get it.

You're much cleverer than people give you credit for - do you recognise that?

That's what I'm proud of but whatever works. And I have great friends who I really admire - artists and great people who understand that it's like a pop art thing. It's great - I don't know how to explain it.

You're like living art?

(Laughs) Yes, that's what I was saying. No, I'm a living dream!
