Was wondering whatever happened to her and Taylor, and here she lands up.
Katy Perry seems intent to want to outdo Madonna with her transformations. But whereas the latter had evolved and interesting reinventions, Katy's just looks scattered and done in haste just to get a few hits.

I like that she's game to play, but this cover is atrocious. But....somewhat of a return to form for Paper magazine, I suppose.
