Paris Hilton

I don't think paris is pretty at all and the fact that Guess could use such a sl*t to sell there clothes annoys me.

i dont have anything against the girl , but ive seen simple life and how she walks the "penguin" And i cant imagine her being one of the best runway walkers !

I love that show but Im normally a big paris fan but from what ive seen of her on the Catwalkk, blooodyy sh*t, but i sposes shes that up herself and rich that she can afford to walk all "funny' and 'playful'...

She doesn't cut it for me in the modeling world. She has not the modeling body at all. Just because her name is Hilton.

At a bookstore, I quickly scanned some pages of her book/photoalbum. What got me was her statement that she (paraphrased) "walks around with imaginary tiera"--which I think is absolutely ridiculous.

while I think she is a bit..... camel like..... with her looks, and strange style and lenky figure....... i still think her and guess went together really well :flower:

Based on what I've seen/read about her so far, its very likely that paraphrased quote was meant as a joke, not literally. If it actually was written at all. Her appearances on The Late Show With David Letterman (my all-time favorite TV show), for instance, have shown her to be soft-spoken, funny and quite charming. Not really into herself at all.

For example, when women booked as guests appear on Letterman's show and he thinks they are hot, more often than not he will be overflowing with sincere (for him) complements: "you look amazing", "you smell great", etc.. When that happened to Paris at various times in the two times I've seen her on the show, she smiled and quietly said "thank you". Someone more self-serving likely would make a bigger deal of it or else totally ignore the complements.

Again, I perused the book/photoalbum MYSELF. I paraphrased the passage MYSELF b/c I cannot remember verbatim. The paraphrase is close to the letter and intent of Ms Hilton. (I can't believe I'm actually typing this. I don't care about her, I just scanned the book.)
Might I suggest to the unread...read.

I met Paris two weeks ago, and I have to admit that she looked fabulous, believe me!

Heh. You apparently overlooked where I said "...what I've seen/read about her so far...".

Some people have a tendency to misinterpret ironic written (or spoken) statements as being literal. Which completely changes the meaning of them. If you take your paraphrased statement of hers as being literal, of course it seems ridiculous.

What I was saying is that based on my judgment of what I have seen and read about her so far, that paraphrase sounds very much like something that she would say in irony/as a joke.

i cant believe that there is people that like this girl,
i coudent BELIEVE that the fashion spot have a space for her !
