Nope they're not. First of all Paris has never had a rack like that in her life. Secondly look at the lower-middle class backgrounds those photos were taken at, and thirdly one girls nose is huge, and the other girl doesn't even have a hook nose like paris. The only one who could potentially pass for Paris is wearing sunglasses and has a C cup.

Those pictures are her. You can see her lazy eye in the 4th.
I saw Paris in NYC at a club and she actually has more of a beak nose in photos. But, honestly, that profile picture is her nose.
It was long and slopy...not beaky like you see in photos.
