she is great and yeah i would agree she is an amazing business woman but what makes the difference? that she plays dumb (okay she might also actually BE a little on the naive side), but thats what people love to see: someone being sooooo vulnerable.. she is always smiling, swearing, partying,..etc..she is silly in a cute way.
and her walking around always pulled together has a reason behind.
i remember seeing those pics of her and britney leaving the nightclub they went to together. britney AND paris both looked neat and clean going in and britney looked such a mess (make up all over, hair a mess, etc) as if she's been in a fight whereas paris looked like "new" and "untouched".
i think paris is growing up slowly and knows what she is doing.. stylewise its also slowly (very slowly sometimes) getting there
