i'm not a fan, but I think the short cropped cut she had a couple of years ago (at her 21st?) really suited her. You can really only have triple platinum blonde hair if it's short (imho).

I like that pic. whats wrong with it? she's dressed casually so the outfits fine for that but she doesn't normally dress any better. She's still very pretty in her own unique way imo she just needs to ditch the extensions and wear more natural make up.
