I think she is trying to hold herself elegantly, but leans too far back and sticks her chest out, shoulders too far back and pelvis too far forward and it looks stupid.

designers are usually only interested in making dresses for people who inspire them fashion wise and/or have style. Either that or they admire them as the artistic/talented/decent human being they are. Paris doesn't fit into any of those categories. Too bad for her.
