I think Doug is an odious character obsessed not with Paris but kudos of being seen with Paris. I always thought Paris was shallow and fame-obsessed but he makes her look like humble and private by comparison. Horrible man IMHO and the two of them together is almost a parody of themselves.

Back on topic I love her lilac dress, she has been wearing some pretty nice outfits recently, but still relies to heavily on matching everything from top-to-toe and those headbands make me angry.
