^^Her. But its not as if these paparazzi didnt follow her TO Vancouver to photograph her. They probably tag along and she or a PA give them the 'heads-up' as to when she'll be out/about. They were on the same plane I'm willing to bet.

Why she went shopping in Vancouver without anyone, appearing alone, no bodyguard fending off the people freaking out?

And her ends looks really fried. Or the ends of her extensions. Need a conditioning treatment or a good few inches cut off.
