Kate has been doing Paris' facials for years, I dont know personally what services Paris gets done by her, but I'm assuming it is mostly the best facial Kate offers. I've used some of Kate Somerville products, they're pretty good.
I dont think Kate does deep peels, and if Paris had gotten one she would not have such a normal skin tone emerging from the clinic afterwards.
Amber Valletta sees Kate as well.

She was just going to get a facial so she's wearing light comfortable clothing (not many people show up for facials in heels and gowns) that she probably easily wanted to slip out of and enjoy her service.

I like the Paris Hilton written in a heart tank.
