i feel like there's been a sorta unsaid agreement amongst mainstream press for the past 2 years to just ignore Paris Hilton. she just hasn't been at all relevant. and she's tried doing tv shows and wearing crazy outfits and going to parties and doing the bikini candid things ... but it's not taking. People have lost their interest? i suppose all things are impermanent. i will say this for Paris Hilton -- to me, she's always been the most unflappable of all those socialites. the most unaffected when things go badly or when there's a potentially embarrassing situation.
