I know! She's prettier than me...and I wouldn't say no to switching places with her!!

whoa.....looks aren't everything. I would never want to be Paris Hilton. Lots of money, lots of fame...but what a reputation. People look at her because she is outrageous, not because that there is any substance or character in her?

flashing your privates, having your home sex tapes released,..where are your values and morals? what do people think of you behind all that glitz and glamour?

would you really want to be her?

"would you really want to be her?"

Good points. We have, as a culture, been obsessed with the Paris syndrome for many years now...Cary Grant married Barbara Hutton (the original poor little rich girl) in the 40s and it was the same thing- all glitz, no substance- but the cover of every magazine on earth. Paris is actually (out of the clubs, anyway) reputed to be pretty nice and polite, almost as if she enjoys her life and position. I don't think she's as stupid as people think; she did make herself into an icon in a very short time!
Where she goes in five or ten years I can't imagine; everything she does revolves around young activities. I'm most disturbed by the leigons of young kids who want her and her lifestyle but not one in a million young girls have her resources or advantages; trying to look or act like her is easier of you have a huge fortune to work with; the average high school girl is in a slightly different position.

Maybe they'll all wake up one day and start admiring people of greater substance but I have my doubts... We all have too much fun watching Paris dance on tables with no underwear on!!:innocent:

I wouldn't want to look like her or be the person she is. Anyone who does have a desire to be or live the life of Paris Hilton is sad. I understand if it's just for the money (who wouldn't) but wanting to be her or live her life. That's sad.

sad & stupidB)

I'd only want to be her because I'd do something useful with the money...

Who is Behati?

Behati Prinsloo = model. One of the best new ones IMO, from Namibia I believe.

LOL!! Yup, she's what, 25 now? I, for some perverse reason, am looking forward to the upcoming "Paris being threatened by younger and prettier girls" stories! If she's been insecure up to this point, just wait until she's 29!!!:innocent: And BTW, Behati is very pretty!

Paris Hilton is Really This Stupid

Paris Hilton is claiming that she will soon be competing for the same roles as Charlize Theron because they have similar styles of acting. The socialite, star of such classics as House of Wax and 1 Night In Paris, doesn't have any problems comparing herself to an Oscar winning actress.

My acting coach told me I have a similar style of acting to her so we may end up vying for the same parts."

If by some chance Charlize Theron was involved in a gamma ray accident that left her horribly disfigured and without the ability to talk in complete sentences, only then would these two names ever be in the running for the same part. Charlize could play Paris Hilton and pull it off better than Paris, and when it came time for her to get on her knees in that circle of Greek billionaires for the "money shot", we would be moved to tears at the triumph of the indomitable human spirit. Paris Hilton, on the other hand, couldn't act in a snuff film. She is completely useless in every way. In the real world, she would be taking notes at a high school play and blowing the drama teacher in the bathroom for a chance to hold the cue cards.
