I've always wondered this too. I saw on E Televisions show "It's Good To Be" that Paris and Nicky spend like 1k a night on a makeup artist everytime they go out. Plus I've seen papparazi shots of her getting her makeup done before an event; it was shots of her inside the salon getting her hair and eyes done.

So I'm sure she gets her makeup done for most events/clubbing. I'm not sure if she gets it done for EVERY night. I am guessing most of the time, she probably needs professional makeup for the papparazi, especially with those high definition lenses that can capture everything down to the pore...
